Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.

Your item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
FORTUNELLE BOOKSTORE reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a refund in cases where a customer engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or business. Such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
